My vision for Square One Inspection Services
Expand our partnerships with Insurance Agencies in order to best serve their customers. The wind mitigation inspection offers the best opportunity for savings by informing insurance companies of the improvements made by the homeowner to protect the home against high winds. Since we like to do business with people we like, this means building relationships.
Realtors have always been our target market; my plan is to regularly schedule educational seminars to share our inspection knowledge. We believe the educated consumer is our best customer.
Banks have come to the forefront in home buying negotiations due to distressed sales stemming from foreclosures and short sales currently representing 52% of home sales*. We will promote a packaged home survey product to banks and realtors that will make the home more appealing and brings ease of mind to the home buyer.
We offer a little known Home Inspection Consultation service, a perfect fit during case preparation and when heading to arbitration. Our plan is to promote this consulting service to Real Estate Law Firms.
Account management, customer service, teaching, research and investigation, cultivating relationships are the experiences I bring to Square One Inspection Services.
